Seeking Safety- Sobriety Support Group

This support group is a safe and supportive space for people who are working through both trauma and struggles with things like addiction or unhealthy coping. The groups focus on learning practical skills you can use right away—such as grounding, building healthy relationships, or setting boundaries—rather than going into the details of past trauma. Each meeting has a clear structure: starting with a check-in, exploring a topic together, and finishing with a check-out to reflect on what was helpful. The goal is to build safety in your daily life, find healthier ways to cope with stress and triggers, and feel less alone by connecting with others who understand.

Intake is ongoing, allowing clients to join at any time; however, participants are required to commit to completing the full program. Group therapy fees may be eligible for coverage under certain insurance plans, and a limited number of no-cost spaces are available.

To take part, schedule a free 20 minute consultation with Allison or Annika using our booking link.
